IT Support Specialist

• Deliver, install, and set up IT equipment (monitors, docking stations, printers, ink, and other technology) at various company job sites.
• Extensive driving throughout the workday is a major part of this position.
• Maintain and track company-issued laptops, iPads, and iPhones through inventory management.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and image computers for new employees.
• Configure iPhones, iPads, and laptops.
• Assist with basic Level 1 IT support tickets and simple troubleshooting.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with IT. Previous IT experience is not required-we’re primarily looking for dependable, organized individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills., * Reliable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
