Job description

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Architect to lead reporting migration efforts associated with a large Oracle Fusion implementation. This individual will serve as the bridge between Data Engineering and BI, defining semantic model standards, determining what transformations belong upstream in Databricks and DBT versus Power BI, and driving reporting modernization efforts., * Define Power BI architecture and semantic model standards

  • Lead complex financial reporting migrations

  • Evaluate DAX versus DBT transformation strategies

  • Optimize report and semantic model performance

  • Guide BI developers through report migration activities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience

  • 5+ years of Power BI experience

  • Advanced Power BI development

  • Semantic model design

  • Advanced DAX

  • Power Query (M)

  • SQL

  • Dimensional modeling

  • Star schema and data warehouse design

  • Power BI performance tuning

  • Databricks data consumption experience

  • Financial reporting experience * Oracle Fusion experience

  • Financial systems experience

  • Experience leading enterprise reporting migrations

  • Azure DevOps experience

  • Data architecture experience
