Tier 1 Helpdesk Associate

Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide technical support

Create and update support tickets accurately

Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting

Deliver exceptional customer service

Escalate issues when necessary

Maintain detailed records and documentation

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
