Job Requirements Adobe Workfront Solution Architect - Workfront ModernizationClient: Verizon Work location: Basking Ridge, NJ / Remote Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Adobe Workfront Solution Architect to lead the modernization and transformation of our enterprise Workfront platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront architecture, Workfront Fusion, Workato, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation.The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with Workfront configuration, Workfront Fusion, Adobe ecosystem integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise architecture. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution design, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful Workfront adoption across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Adobe Workfront solutions across enterprise teams.Design and architect scalable Workfront solutions aligned with business processes and enterprise standards.Configure and optimize Workfront objects, workflows, templates, custom forms, fields, reports, dashboards, portfolios, and programs.Develop and manage Workfront Fusion scenarios for process automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization.Configure integrations between Workfront and enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.Lead solution design discussions covering architecture, integrations, security, data flow, and deployment strategies.Establish Workfront governance, configuration standards, and best practices for enterprise adoption.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, technical reviews, and executive discussions.Monitor resource allocation, capacity planning, workload management, and delivery progress.Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, administrators, and shared services teams.Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, security, scalability, and performance.Drive continuous improvement of Workfront processes, integrations, and engineering practices.Required Technical Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront architecture, configuration, and administration.Extensive experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and system integrations.Experience configuring:Workfront workflows and approval processesCustom forms and fieldsTemplates and project structuresPortfolios and programsReports and dashboardsUser roles, access levels, and permissionsExperience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications using:REST APIsWebhooksConnectorsMiddleware/integration platformsStrong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and integration patterns.Experience with enterprise workflow automation and digital operations platforms.Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, security, and deployment practices.Experience supporting Workfront upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.Architecture & Consulting SkillsAbility to design enterprise-level Workfront solutions and technical roadmaps.Strong understanding of business process transformation and workflow optimization.Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsAdobe Workfront certifications are preferred.Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations.Experience supporting marketing operations, creative operations, and enterprise content workflows.Experience with large-scale Workfront implementations and global teams.Experience driving adoption, governance, and change management initiatives.Experience Requirement10+ years of experience in technology, enterprise architecture, solution delivery, or related roles.5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront implementation, configuration, and architecture.Proven experience delivering enterprise Workfront solutions using Workfront Fusion, integrations, and automation capabilities.Key SkillsMandatory:Adobe Workfront ArchitectureWorkfront ConfigurationWorkfront FusionWorkflow AutomationAdobe Ecosystem IntegrationREST API / Integration ExperienceEnterprise Solution ArchitectureStakeholder ManagementRequired CertificationsAdobe Certified Professional - Adobe Workfront Core Developer or equivalent Workfront certification.Adobe Workfront certification in administration/configuration is highly preferred.Workato Automation Pro certification is preferred.Additional Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are a plus.Preferred:Adobe Experience Cloud KnowledgeMarketing Operations / Creative Operations ExperienceWorkfront Governance & Adoption ExperienceWork Experience 10-15Years
