Adobe Workfront, Senior Solutions Architect #11607

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with deep Adobe Workfront expertise to design and lead enterprise work management solutions for complex marketing, creative, and technology organizations.

This person will serve as a senior technical and strategic advisor, translating business needs into scalable Workfront architectures, operating models, workflows, integrations, and governance standards. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Workfront knowledge with strong consulting, solution design, and executive communication skills.

This is not solely a Workfront administration role. The Senior Solutions Architect will own the overall solution design and provide technical leadership from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption., · Lead discovery workshops with marketing, creative, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders.

· Assess current-state workflows, platforms, integrations, pain points, and business requirements.

· Design future-state Workfront solutions that improve intake, planning, execution, collaboration, approvals, reporting, and resource management.

· Define the Workfront architecture, including object models, project structures, custom forms, templates, workflows, permissions, reporting, and governance.

· Develop solution blueprints, implementation roadmaps, integration diagrams, technical requirements, and architecture documentation.

· Architect Workfront Fusion scenarios and API-based integrations with platforms such as AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Salesforce, DAM systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise data sources.

· Establish scalable governance standards for intake, naming conventions, security, access, reporting, system administration, and ongoing platform management.

· Guide Workfront administrators, developers, integration engineers, and implementation teams throughout delivery.

· Review configuration and integration work to ensure it aligns with the approved architecture and enterprise standards.

· Lead data migration, system testing, UAT, deployment planning, cutover, and post-launch stabilization.

· Identify opportunities to consolidate fragmented workflows and tools into a more unified Workfront operating model.

· Troubleshoot complex platform, workflow, reporting, integration, and performance issues.

· Partner with business and change-management teams to support adoption, training, documentation, and long-term platform success.

· Present recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and roadmaps clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

· 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise SaaS implementation, marketing technology, or digital operations.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.

· Experience designing and leading multiple enterprise-scale Workfront implementations.

· Advanced knowledge of Workfront configuration, including custom forms, templates, request queues, workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, proofs, and approvals.

· Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise integration patterns.

· Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud or other enterprise marketing and content platforms.

· Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative operations, content supply chains, campaign workflows, and digital asset management.

· Experience defining governance models, operating standards, and scalable platform administration processes.

· Knowledge of data migration, identity and access management, SSO, security, and role-based permissions.

· Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.

· Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, documentation, and executive presentation skills.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, technology, delivery, and change management.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Adobe Workfront certification.

· Advanced Workfront Fusion experience.

· Experience with AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products.

· Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, DAM platforms, or enterprise data environments.

· Consulting or agency experience supporting large enterprise clients.

· Experience supporting global, regulated, or highly complex organizations.

· Familiarity with Agile delivery, organizational change management, and platform adoption strategies., * Can you work W2 without current sponsorship or future Visa transfer?
