Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to support HR processes and data integrity. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams on system configurations, reports, and dashboards, ensuring timely processing and compliance. You will analyze data, support HRIS initiatives, and provide training and guidance to users across the organization. This position offers opportunities to influence HR technology adoption and stay ahead of industry trends. You will work onsite at SPA Headquarters and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team dedicated to mission-critical outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Maintains system configurations, workflows, and role-based permissions * Generates custom and scheduled reports * Analyzes data and ensures data integrity * Maintains organization-wide dashboards in collaboration with HRIS and department teams * Processes day-to-day HRIS actions and handles inquiries with training and guidance * Supports HRIS projects and cross-team initiatives * Maintains documentation and safeguards employee information * Monitors HR technology trends and recommends upgrades or new systems * Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Tasks * Bachelor in Human Resources * Minimum 6 years in HRIS or related roles * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights * Understanding of HR processes and data (payroll, benefits, talent management, compliance) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service orientation * Adaptable in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance * Ability to work onsite at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA Key requirements * health insurance * flexible spending accounts * health savings accounts * retirement savings plans * life and disability insurance * paid and unpaid time off
