What will the IT Support/Field Technician do?

  • Provide hands-on IT support at various company facilities within a specific operational territory
  • Travel frequently to sites for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Learn, support, and problem-solve across standard IT and unique, industry-specific systems
  • Collaborate with the main HQ team (includes required weekly travel to HQ initially)
  • Work independently in the field, serving as a key IT resource for your territory

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Mid to upper-level IT Support/Field experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Experience in Windows environments specifically with Office 365
  • Excellent communication and independent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently in territory & travel to HQ weekly initially. Living near the territory highly preferred
  • Cloud experience a plus
