Senior .NET Developer- LATAM

Day-to-Day:

• Develop and enhance OTA-compliant integrations using OTA 2017 standards

• Extend existing OTA capabilities within the Dollar Thrifty environment

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using C#/.NET Core

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver project milestones on an aggressive timeline

• Work within cloud-based environments utilizing AWS or Azure services

• Develop solutions leveraging Kubernetes and NoSQL technologies

• Participate in code reviews and testing initiatives

• Support production environments and resolve technical issues as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful OTA implementation, Insight Global is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer with deep Open Travel Alliance (OTA) experience for a leading transportation and travel industry client. This consultant will play a critical role in implementing and extending OTA 2017 standards as part of a high-visibility initiative with a firm delivery deadline. The ideal candidate comes from a travel technology background and has hands-on experience building OTA-compliant integrations within airline, hotel, OTA, or rental car environments.

This individual will work heavily within a modern .NET Core ecosystem, developing REST APIs and cloud-based solutions while leveraging AWS or Azure technologies, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases. The team is seeking a strong engineer who can quickly contribute, collaborate with technical stakeholders, and help deliver a time-sensitive project over the next three months. Candidates with proven OTA implementation expertise and experience in travel-focused platforms will be highly prioritized.

• 8+ years of C#/.NET development experience

? Strong experience with .NET Core

• 6+ years of REST API development

• 6+ years of MS SQL experience

• 3+ years of Open Travel Alliance (OTA) experience

? Experience implementing OTA 2010 and/or OTA 2017 standards

? Hands-on OTA implementation experience (not just exposure)

• 1+ year of AWS or Azure experience

• Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.) AWS experience preferred over Azure

Test Driven Development (TDD) experience

Experience with SOAP services
