Data Analyst- Learning Nucleus Administrator (6050)

The Data Analyst responsibilities and duties are as follows, * Develops, modifies, maintains, and supports custom reports using SQL (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services)

• Retrieves, organizes, interprets data and analyzes results
• Assists with review and consolidation of existing reports
• Train users in the operation and scheduling of reports
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses
• Manages incoming data including preparation for bulk upload
• Coordinates with Federal or contractor personnel to capture reporting requests
• Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies
• Communicate and escalate issues to Learning Nucleus Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a minimum of 4 years related work experience
• Microsoft SQL Server database certifications, * Creating reports using SQL without visual tools and wizards
• Experience creating reports from a Data Warehouse
• Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must
• Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual
• Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are required

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, and Office
• Relevant Microsoft SQL or other data related certifications
