• Experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleTools Installations/Upgrades, patching using Change Assistant

• Knowledge or experience with Phire

• strong knowledge of Server virtualization, PeopleSoft debugging, PeopleSoft tuning

• experience with 9.2 applications and using latest patching methods (PUM) from Oracle including DPK

• experience in and thorough understanding of PeopleSoft security including User Administration, Development Tools, Integration Tools

• experience performing restores and refresh/cloning

• knowledge of system application architecture, database schemas and development tools

• experience with supporting, troubleshooting and problem-solving production issues

• moderate understanding of web service technologies

• experience with MIM

• familiar with XML technologies

• experience with SQL Server and SQL

• effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

• work and communicate effectively with others to achieve results
