Job description

  • Lead end-to-end assessment of the current Veeva PromoMats landscape, including integrations, workflows, data models, security, governance, and operating processes.
  • Define and document the future-state architecture aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across multiple workstreams.
  • Design scalable solutions to support content creation, review, approval, distribution, and compliance processes.
  • Recommend enhancements leveraging Veeva platform capabilities and roadmap features.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture deliverables.
  • Define integration architecture between Veeva PromoMats and enterprise systems,
  • Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA, EMA, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements where applicable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in solution architecture and technology leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, architecture, or platform leadership.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault Platform, PromoMats, Digital Asset Management (DAM), MLR Review Processes, Content Lifecycle Management, Regulatory and Compliance Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
