Veeva Vault PromoMats Technical Architect

• Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solutioning for Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support initiatives.
• Design scalable, compliant, and high-performance PromoMats solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for PromoMats capabilities including:
• Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• MLR Review Process
• Claims Management
• Content Lifecycle Management
• Modular Content
• Renditions and Distribution
• eTF/Quality integrations where applicable Architect multi-country and global deployment strategies for promotional content management.
• Veeva Vault Configuration & Development
• Lead advanced configuration activities within Veeva Vault.

Candidate must demonstrate the level of Veeva Vault PromoMats architecture leadership and enterprise solution ownership required for this position.

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Veeva Technical Architect - Veeva PromoMats to lead the architecture, design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-scale Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions for global Life Sciences organizations.

This role requires deep expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats, strong enterprise architecture capabilities, regulatory understanding within pharmaceutical/biotech environments, and the ability to lead complex digital content and medical/legal/regulatory (MR) review ecosystems. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority across business stakeholders, delivery teams, validation teams, and integration partners.

The candidate must be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment, driving technical strategy, governing best practices, and delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performing PromoMats solutions.
