Drug Testing Collector & Administrative Assistant

• Perform DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol test collections in accordance with company procedures and applicable federal guidelines
• Accurately complete collection paperwork and electronic documentation
• Greet clients and provide professional, courteous customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain client and testing records
• Answer phones, respond to routine inquiries, perform data entry, and assist with general office duties
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
• Keep the collection area and office organized and ready for clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently and following detailed procedures
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Previous medical office, administrative, specimen collection, or drug-testing experience preferred but not required
• Training will be provided
