Additive Setup Technician

This role is responsible for setting up part files and builds accurately and efficiently for use in the manufacturing process. Technicians must be able to manage time and projects and meet deadlines, communicate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations, and troubleshoot errors and defects. The role must be able to work independently and as a team to ensure company goals are met and manufacturing processes are strong., Key performance indicators, or KPIs, are a set of quantifiable measurements used to gauge overall long-term performance of a company, department, or position. KPIs specifically help determine achievements as they compare performance to a set of targets, objective, or goals. The following KPIs apply to the position and/or department applicable to this job description. Performance Measure Target On Time Delivery Target Decrease Defects Target Attendance Target

• Prior additive manufacturing and/or manufacturing experience preferred, but training will be provided

• Participation in STEM or related program
• Associate’s degree in STEM field preferred
• Experience with 3D Systems, Stratasys, Carbon, or HP software preferred

• Knowledge and understanding of resin and material properties preferred, * Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, sit and stand for extended periods, and perform push/pull, bending, lifting, and keyboarding activities
