Job description
- Perform staking, bonding, potting, and masking
- Mix, handle, and properly store epoxies, compounds, and solvents
- Operate mixing, dispensing, measuring, cleaning, and coating equipment
- Use curing ovens, exhaust hoods, ultrasonic cleaners, spray guns, and mixing equipment
- Follow product drawings, work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards
- Collect and record process data
- Inspect work and identify or escalate quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment
- Follow ESD, safety, hazardous material, and material control procedures
- Assist with building and assembling electronic products as needed
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working with coatings, adhesives, epoxies, or other polymeric materials is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Comfortable working with chemicals and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable attendance and strong commitment to quality
