Endpoint Intune Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Intune Engineer to provide L3 support for enterprise endpoint management environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, endpoint administration across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, and support for virtual desktop platforms including Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)., * Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.

• Manage and support endpoint devices across Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS platforms.
• Deploy applications, policies, compliance rules, and security configurations using Intune and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, software deployment, patching, and compliance issues.
• Support virtual desktop environments including Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Monitor endpoint health, security, and performance across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and support standards.

• 6+ years of experience in Endpoint Management and EUC support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS administration.
• Experience supporting Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Knowledge of device provisioning, application deployment, patch management, and compliance policies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Autopilot.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus., * Do you have experience in Citrix?
