Job description
- Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise MDM solutions.
- Manage device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, and Conditional Access.
- Integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Support MDM migrations, endpoint security, and device compliance troubleshooting.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID, document technical processes, and provide knowledge transfer to IT teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
- Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security.
- M365 administration, device enrollment, and application deployment.
Experience with Meraki-to-Intune migration, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, STIG/CIS standards, or public-sector environments would be a plus.
