Job description

  • Maintains enterprise level software tools (ERP, HRIS, SIS, CRM, and LMS) including end-user security. This includes but is not limited to: Banner Student (SIS), Banner HR and Finance (ERP), BDMS (Document Management), Degree Works and Evisions tools (Argos, MAPS, Form Fusion.
  • Provides customer-centric support, problem determination, research, and assistance with operational procedures for enterprise level software tools and related systems.
  • Reviews all requests to modify employee software access privileges.
  • Acts as liaison for end-users in automating, maintaining, and optimizing processes and reports to achieve College operational goals.
  • Provides documentation and assistance to the College users of new and existing software as necessary.
  • Establishes and maintains software security protocols for application software systems as it relates to system access and related single-sign connections to systems and to third-party applications.
  • Assists in the maintenance of the Banner Self-Service site and the College portal (Sharepoint).
  • Provides documentation and assistance to the College users of new and existing software as necessary.
  • Performs other programming, modification and application security duties as necessary.
  • Contributes to unit planning, assessment, and college institutional effectiveness efforts.
  • Acts in accordance with local, state, and federal laws/regulations as well as College policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Educational: Bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited organization in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. OR Information Technology certifications (please list on application) and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. OR Associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information technology or related field and five (5) years of full-time experience related to job functions required. (Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.)

Experiential: Professional work experience with one or more of the following preferred: Banner, Oracle, SQL, Argos, or other ERP reporting tool.
