Applications Systems Manager

We are seeking Applications Systems Manager will lead the administration, support, and production management of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on IBM WebSphere Application Server and Java-based applications. This role requires hands-on experience managing enterprise application environments, middleware, JVM tuning, SSL/security, and production support, along with proven team leadership and application management experience. An application leader-not simply a Java Developer or WebSphere Administrator., * Manage enterprise applications and production environments.

• Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Support and troubleshoot Java-based enterprise applications.
• Perform JVM tuning, middleware configuration, SSL, and application security.
• Manage application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.
• Monitor application performance and resolve critical production issues.
• Lead and mentor application support teams.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Ensure application availability, stability, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of enterprise application processes.

• Experience has IT Applications Manager / Systems Applications Supervisor / Applications Systems Manager / Application Manager / Enterprise Applications Manager / Enterprise Applications Supervisor
• 4+ years of experience implementing, supervising, and managing Enterprise applications and production environments
• IBM WebSphere Application Server administration
• Enterprise Java application production support
• JVM Tuning / Middleware / SSL / application security experience
• Experience in Managing Teams

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, * Have you worked in implementing, supervising, and managing Enterprise Applications and Production Environments?
