Job description

As a IT Analyst II, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into technology solutions., * Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions., * Participate in solution design to ensure business requirements align with enterprise architecture and operational needs.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing to validate solutions.
Assist with implementation planning and production deployments., * Investigate production issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system incidents.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support business decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and distribution operations., * SQL querying and relational databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server)
Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or Order Management systems
Supply chain or distribution operations
Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos
Integration technologies (XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or similar)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software implementation projects
Warehouse automation technologies, including barcode scanners, printers, conveyors, or related equipment
IT support within warehouse or manufacturing environments
