Warehouse Systems Analyst - Operations & Technology - Direct Hire

**This role supports warehouse operations by resolving software and system-related issues, assisting end users, troubleshooting inventory and transaction-related concerns, and helping ensure daily operational continuity within a fast-paced distribution environment.

NOTE: This is a fully onsite, second shift position. Must be local to the Columbus, OH area.

• $35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits
• Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support
• Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance

• 3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, operational troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, and platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Körber, SAP, Oracle, or AS400 is highly preferred
