Job description

As a Robotics Field Deployment Specialist, you will be the primary technical lead for integrating autonomous mobile systems into complex industrial environments. You will ensure our robotic solutions achieve peak operational efficiency, providing hands-on technical support and system optimization to drive long-term customer success. Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end installation, commissioning, and calibration of autonomous robotic fleets at client facilities.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions to maintain high system uptime.
  • Perform proactive system health assessments and preventive maintenance to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide field-based insights that influence future product reliability and design.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for site personnel on safety protocols and operational best practices.
  • Maintain detailed technical logs and documentation of all field activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent field experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field service, industrial automation, or robotics maintenance.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints.
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical, electrical, and software-driven hardware systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively to customer sites and work independently in dynamic industrial settings., * Experience with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and fall protection safety standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or automated material handling equipment.
