Automated Systems Technician

You will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of advanced robotic material handling systems, ensuring seamless throughput and operational excellence through hands-on technical support. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of robotic storage and retrieval systems to ensure consistent performance.
• Execute proactive equipment inspections and pre-production checks to prevent system downtime.
• Utilize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) terminals to diagnose and resolve technical stoppages.
• Perform essential robot recovery tasks, including sensor cleaning and component replacement, to maintain system integrity.
• Optimize product flow processes to meet and exceed facility throughput targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leadership teams to communicate system status and resolve complex mechanical issues.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, such as lubrication and tolerance verification, to extend equipment lifespan.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or machine operation environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at significant heights.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset., * Associate degree or technical certification in automation, electronics, or mechanical systems.
• Prior experience working with conveyor systems or complex material handling equipment.
• Formal training or educational background in electromechanical systems.
