Web & Graphics Designer

• Create engaging graphics, logos, motion graphics, and prototypes that enhance user engagement and brand identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interface designs, ensuring accessibility and a positive user experience for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with developers to translate visual concepts into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Maintain and update existing websites through content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring smooth website management and website production.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in typography design for media, web accessibility standards, and performance analytics.
• Utilize graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision to produce high-quality visual assets.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by designing email templates, banners, and social media graphics aligned with campaign goals.

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX design, interaction design, and motion graphics projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Python for front-end and back-end integration.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to analyze data insights for continuous improvement.
• Experience working with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) and website management tools (SharePoint).
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, Axure, Balsamiq or similar wireframing tools.
• Understanding of information architecture principles to create intuitive navigation structures and layout designs that enhance usability.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in interaction design to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
