• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity during website development and deployment.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights for continuous improvement of website interfaces and interactions.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and accessibility standards to reach broader audiences and ensure inclusivity.
• Maintain existing websites by updating content, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular website management tasks using content management systems like Drupal or SharePoint.

• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, and Axure.
• Strong understanding of visual UI/UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with motion graphics, prototypes, wireframing tools like Balsamiq or UXPin, and web production software.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React, Redux, AJAX, SCSS/SASS, Less.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data analysis and optimization insights.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, responsive web design techniques, and mobile-first approaches.
• Ability to work with content management systems like Drupal or SharePoint; experience with website maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
