Job description

Pulse4Pulse is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure the smooth onboarding and rollout of our cardiovascular wellness solutions for clients and partners. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and client-facing, responsible for guiding practices, administrators, and internal teams through each step of implementation. The ideal candidate combines project management skills with strong communication, training, and problem-solving abilities., Project Coordination

  • Support end-to-end execution of implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client teams during the implementation phase.

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Lead onboarding sessions with practice managers, and staff.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure clients feel confident and supported as they adopt Pulse4Pulse solutions.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to align on project scope and execution.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes and product performance.
  • Assist the Director of Business Implementation with reporting, resource coordination, and special projects.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor implementation quality and escalate issues when needed to ensure client success.
  • Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and best practices for future implementations.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities to refine workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in implementation, client services, healthcare operations, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting and training.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or SaaS/tech solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite., * Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)
