- UAT Execution: Build detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for core Child Support modules and workflows.
- Functional & Validation Testing: Perform end-to-end, functional, regression, and policy compliance testing.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Document reproducible defects, participate in triage meetings, and validate fixes prior to production release.
- Go-Live Support: Support statewide implementation, production validation, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a large-scale Child Support Modernization initiative. You will work closely with program staff, business SMEs, and technical teams to validate system functionality against business policies and federal standards., * Child Support Modernization: Direct hands-on UAT experience on a Child Support system project.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Child Support business processes, case management operations, and policy workflows.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Expertise in UAT execution, test case creation, requirement traceability, and defect tracking.
- Analytical & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication to work with state stakeholders and vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Federal Compliance: Knowledge of federal OCSE regulations, requirements, and reporting.
- Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Systems: Prior experience with the ProTech system is a major plus.
- Government IT: Background working in multi-vendor, large-scale public sector implementations.
