Job description

We are seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler with a strong background in data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules using Primavera P6, while collaborating closely with project managers, construction teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery., * Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.

  • Establish and update baseline, current, and recovery schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables.
  • Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance/cause analysis.
  • Identify schedule risks, delays, dependencies, and potential impacts to project timelines.
  • Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and executive-level progress updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and subcontractor teams.
  • Support forecasting efforts and identify opportunities for schedule optimization.
  • Analyze delays and contribute to recovery and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure schedule integrity and alignment between planned and actual progress.
  • Participate in project planning, coordination, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Scheduler.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
  • Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction scheduling principles, including critical path method, dependencies, and resource loading.
  • Experience with baseline management, schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
