Job description
- Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules following best project management practices.
- Track, analyze, and report project information to support project teams and weekly reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of project schedules, perform version control, identify potential schedule delays, and facilitate timely interventions.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to maintain control and project integrity.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts, and assess progress to date. Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain and manage the project risk register to minimize impacts on schedule, scope, and budget.
- Track schedule baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinate across cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC.
- Advanced use of MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency with construction tools such as Procore.
- A plus if you have a deep understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial scale piping and power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows., * Bachelor’s degree in business, Financial or Project Management.
