Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and customize SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions, support system integrations and data migration, implement security controls, and participate in Agile software development initiatives., * Design, test, and customize SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors interfaces.

• Deliver end-to-end solutions, including installation, configuration, application development, and production support.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage data migration, system integration, and reporting projects.
• Implement security, compliance, and governance controls across SAP environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, testing, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of at least five (5) of the following technologies and tools.
