An enterprise public sector organization is seeking an experienced Systems Architect (AWS Cloud Architect) to support a Cloud Center of Excellence focused on cloud architecture, governance, security, automation, and AWS platform administration., * Design and implement AWS cloud architectures

• Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Implement and maintain IAM and cloud security controls
• Monitor cloud performance, availability, and cost optimization efforts
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, standards, and operational documentation

• Strong experience with AWS architecture and administration
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and governance best practices
• Linux and Windows administration experience
• Networking experience including VPCs, DNS, routing, and load balancing
• Experience designing highly available and scalable cloud environments, * Experience with Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud Platform
• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
• Cloud cost optimization and governance experience
• Experience working within large enterprise or public sector environments
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of professional IT experience
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure
