Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the primary technical SME for FSx Lustre, driving adoption and customer success. You will collaborate with service and GTM teams to shape technical strategies and roadmaps while supporting field engineers and strategic customers in HPC and GenAI workloads. You will create technical content, deliver workshops, and speak at events to educate on best practices. You will capture customer feedback to influence the roadmap and mentor other storage architects. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary technical specialist for FSx Lustre, driving feature adoption and customer success * Partner with FSx Lustre GTM/Product teams to develop and execute technical strategies that drive service growth * Provide architectural guidance to customers implementing HPC and ML workloads using FSx Lustre * Create technical content, deliver workshops, and speak at events to educate customers on FSx Lustre best practices * Capture and advocate for customer feedback to influence the FSx Lustre roadmap * Collaborate with field SA teams to support complex customer opportunities and technical challenges * Mentor other SAs on FSx Lustre architecture patterns and use cases Tasks * 10+ years of experience in technology domains relevant to cloud, systems, or software * Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/mathematics or equivalent * Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps toward cloud computing * Experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences, including training, workshops, and publications * Strong ability to present to executives and developers and to translate customer needs into technical guidance Key requirements * sign-on payments and RSUs * comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * benefits information available online
