Job description

Root cause analysis,SQL,acceptance testing,business insights,business requirements,commercial department management,data analysis,data dictionary,data engineering,data governance,data lineage,data management,data mapping,data migration,data profiling,dat US D1 ID-FSNA ‘Gather analyze and document business requirements related to employee experience workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness Leverage Microsoft Viva Insights to analyze workplace collaboration patterns wellbeing trends meeting effectiveness and productivity metrics Develop dashboards reports and executive presentations that provide actionable workforce insights Partner with HR Talent Management Employee Experience and Business Leaders to identify key performance indicators KPIs and success metrics Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and reporting frameworks Conduct workforce trend analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and effectiveness Analyze collaboration data from Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint OneDrive Viva Insights Support organizational change management and employee adoption initiatives Perform data quality assessments and validation of workforce metrics Assist in survey analytics employee listening programs and engagement reporting Ensure compliance with privacy security and ethical use of employee data Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Viva Insights data into enterprise reporting platforms

Requirements

Experience Analyst Handson experience with Microsoft Viva Insights or Workforce Analytics platforms Strong experience gathering business requirements and working with senior stakeholders Experience interpreting large datasets and transforming insights into business recommendations Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 125,000 - 135,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
