  • Heavy Databricks technical discussion (architecture, Spark, Delta Lake, optimization, pipelines)
  • DevOps / CI-CD concepts
  • Java fundamentals and OOP concepts
  • Parent/Child classes
  • Inheritance
  • Public classes
  • Method overriding
  • Live coding exercise involving:
  • Tree traversal
  • Salary aggregation problem
  • Data structures & algorithms

Requirements

IMPORTANT: Databricks is the primary skill for this role. We are looking for candidates with strong, hands-on Databricks experience, not Java developers with limited Databricks exposure. Must Have:

  • Deep Databricks experience (Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows/Jobs, ETL pipelines, performance tuning)
  • Strong Java development experience
  • Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Kafka, SQL
  • Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices
  • Docker & Kubernetes
