Coupa Solution Architect

• 10+ years of experience in Coupa solution architecture and implementation

• Deep techno-functional expertise across Coupa modules: o Coupa Core o Strategic Sourcing o CSO o CLM-S and CLM-A o RPM-A (including SIM and CRA) o Coupa Category Strategy (Cirtuo) o AI Classification o Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence o Advanced Analytics

• Strong Retail and CPG industry experience
• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across Coupa platform
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture (APIs, CSV, middleware)
• Manage global implementations and phased rollouts
• Define product roadmap and deployment strategy
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices on Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Provide strategic consulting on procurement transformation
• Advise on optimal solution design aligned to business needs
• Define future-state procurement operating models
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports
• Design and manage integrations with ERP and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases in procurement
• Manage stakeholder engagement including C-level executives
• Deliver executive presentations and strategic reporting
• Advanced ability to interpret complex procurement data
• Develop data-driven strategies and business cases
• Relevant Coupa certifications
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, etc.)

Is travel required for position?*

Remote acceptable with occasional travel to Racine, WI.
