IT Onsite Technician

Providing advanced IT support to the user regarding unresolved issues, escalated from the first level support

• Managing the request process, ideally through the ticket systems, while ensuring proper documentation and data maintenance at all the times
• Preparation of reports and evaluations in Excel or similar tools
• Managing complex troubleshooting for persistent issues
• Supporting the Soft & Hardware Break&Fix activities
• Taking care of the hardware flow for new joiners and leavers
• Delivery of service within client defined timelines (SLAs)
• Databased system monitoring and updating client portals for open requests (KPIs)
• Supporting site visits and escorting services (H&E)

• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to build relationships
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

• This role is a Salary non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 USD.
