Job description
Seeking an experienced PEGA Lead System Architect to design and deliver scalable Fraud & Dispute Management solutions for cards and payments platforms. The role involves building enterprise workflows for fraud investigations, card disputes, chargebacks, claims processing, servicing, and payment exception handling within a high-volume transactional ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and develop PEGA-based Fraud & Dispute workflows and case management solutions. Build dispute lifecycle processing for fraud claims, chargebacks, merchant disputes, recoveries, and cardholder servicing. Develop PEGA components including Flows, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Rules, SLA management, and UI Portals. Lead API integrations with enterprise payment, fraud, and customer servicing platforms. Implement real-time and asynchronous integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Queue Processors, Kafka, and event-driven services. Drive PEGA architecture, guardrail compliance, performance tuning, and production support. Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud migration, and automated deployment strategies. Collaborate with Product Owners, Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams in Agile environments. Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

PEGA PRPC 7.x/8.x, Pega Infinity PEGA Case Management & Enterprise Class Structure DX API, Constellation, Cosmos UI REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML integrations Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, Agents Java/J2EE, SQL, Oracle/SQL Server Jenkins, Git, JIRA, Deployment Manager Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, PDC Agile/Scrum methodology API Integration Experience (Required) Hands-on experience integrating PEGA with enterprise platforms such as: Card authorization and payment processing systems
Fraud detection/risk scoring engines Merchant dispute and chargeback platforms Customer profile and account servicing APIs Case/document management systems Payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex network integrations) Notification services (Email/SMS) File-based interfaces and batch processing systems Preferred CLSA preferred / CSSA mandatory Experience in Cards & Payments industry Exposure to Fraud Operations, Disputes, Chargebacks, Claims, or Risk platforms Knowledge of PCI-compliant and secure API integrations Experience with cloud-native and microservices-based architectures
