Java Full Stack Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This hands-on role requires strong backend and frontend development expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience building cloud-native, event-driven solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.

• Build and support microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and MQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Follow Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation standards.

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.
• Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
