Contract Workday Implementation Specialist

Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking a Contract Workday Implementation Specialist (with potential for conversion) to support a high-profile Workday implementation and global payroll transformation. This role will partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external consultants to ensure a successful January 2027 Workday go-live while supporting ongoing global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday implementation experience combined with global payroll and HRIS expertise in a fast-paced, growing organization. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, required.
• Direct experience supporting a Workday implementation, configuration, migration, or major HRIS transformation, required.
• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, payroll, HR technology, or related functions, required.
• Experience with payroll integrations, benefits integrations, and Finance/GL processes, preferred.

The hourly rate for this role is $45-$55/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
