Job description
As a business systems consultant, you’ll support Salesforce, our cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform. In this role, you’ll serve as the business subject matter expert and primary liaison between business teams and IT, leading system enhancements, process improvements, and complex project work. You’ll partner closely with product owners, business systems analysts, developers, quality assurance, and collaborators to define requirements, evaluate solutions, support design and testing, and drive successful implementation of Salesforce initiatives., * A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
Requirements
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
Preferred skills
- Prior CRM knowledge.
- Salesforce configuration experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Experience writing use cases and business requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence collaborators.
