Application Systems Analyst Associate or Analyst | Epic Ambulatory Systems

Serves as the primary resource for assigned system applications, maintaining a strong understanding of system functionality and business operations. Collaborates regularly with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to assess needs and configure solutions that support organizational goals. Analyzes workflows, business processes, data collection methods, and technical issues related to application use, and is responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of system solutions. Ensures existing and future systems align with established IT infrastructure standards and integrate effectively with other software applications.

• Associate’s degree in related field required; 2 years of equivalent work experience can be used in place of education; bachelor’s preferred
• 2 years of clinical, operational, or related application experience, or current related application certification
• Previous experience in information technology and/or software is preferred
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software is preferred

• 3 years or more years related application build experience
• 2 years minimum of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level.
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software is preferredSoftware Application/module certification or proficiency in a minimum of 1 software application or system and/or in good standing with the software vendor upon hire

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $67,641.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Pay range: $67,641.60 - $123,488 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
