GPS Data Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst- Logistics to join our Midland, TX. Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will analyze and verify GPS data for truck drivers to ensure accurate route tracking and timely deliveries. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving driver time logs, helping maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency., GPS Data Verification

• Analyze GPS data from truck tracking systems to ensure routes align with planned schedules
• Cross-reference GPS data with driver logs to identify discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve tracking issues, including out-of-route activity or missing data

Time Approval & Validation

• Review driver time logs (start, end, and break times) for accuracy
• Approve or reject time entries based on company policies and compliance standards
• Identify, flag, and follow up on discrepancies

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare reports on GPS performance, delivery accuracy, and time efficiency
• Monitor KPIs such as driver productivity, on-time delivery rates, and compliance
• Provide actionable insights to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
• Perform other duties as needed to support accounting and business operations

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Work Schedule is Sunday - Thursday

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including remote communication
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Work closely with dispatchers, fleet managers and safety compliance teams to resolve data issues, * 1+ year of Accounts Payable or related experience
• 10-key by touch preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
