SAFe Scrum Master (Hybrid)

• In-office Tuesday through Thursday; candidate should be local to Dublin, OH. Contract-to-perm opportunity, 40 hours per week., Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our team, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consistent achievement of objectives., Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team.

Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team’s progress.

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles., Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility

-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance

-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions

-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions

-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.

-Participate as a team member of the functional team

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe

Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Must have skills: Agile Project Management using SAFe

Minimum: 5 year(s) of experience is required as Scrum Master in the overall experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Electronics or any related stream, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to coordinate and handle PI planning activities with the scrum teams as part of SAFe Agile method

Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

SAFe certification and Kanban certification.
