Data Quality Clerk

System4 is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Quality Clerk to support our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing data for completeness and consistency, and ensuring high data integrity across company systems., Review, verify, and update data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness

Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies

Perform regular data audits and quality checks

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Generate reports as requested by management

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues

Ensure compliance with company data standards and procedures

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment., High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

Previous experience in data entry, data quality, or administrative support is an asset

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
