Network Engineer Consultant (Limited Hybrid)

Do you have experience in WAN?, We are seeking a senior-level Network & Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience supporting large-scale federal enterprise or global network operations environments, ideally within the Department of State, DoD, IC, DHS, or other highly secure federal agencies. Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years supporting enterprise network and telecommunications operations
• Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed networks
• Prior experience on Department of State programs strongly preferred
• Experience supporting secure mission-critical environments with high availability requirements
• Experience with network operations centers (NOC), telecom operations, or enterprise infrastructure operations
• Experience supporting network modernization, infrastructure refresh, or operational transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity and network security frameworks
• Experience working within large federal IDIQ/task order environments

Preferred Certifications (one or more preferred):

• CCNP / CCIE
• CISSP
• Security+
• ITIL
• AWS/Azure networking certifications
• PMP (nice to have)

Additional Qualities:

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to participate in technical strategy discussions with teaming partners
• Experience contributing to proposal solutioning, technical volumes, or capture efforts is a plus
• Ability to articulate past performance and operational best practices in meetings with partners/customers

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret clearance preferred
• Top Secret clearance highly desirable
