Experteer Overview In this role you will provide hands-on engineering support in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on PCBA and RF/microwave product performance, yield, and reliability. You will drive root-cause analysis, lead design-to-production transitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will support debugging of digital logic, embedded systems, and mixed-signal interfaces and help transition LRIP to steady production. You will review designs for manufacturability and testability and drive continuous process improvements that reduce cost and increase throughput. This role offers the chance to influence aerospace-grade hardware in a startup-like culture. Compensation / Benefits * Provide hands-on technical support for PCBA and RF/microwave products during production * Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of PCBA and RF-related production issues * Support hardware/software debugging of digital logic, embedded systems, and mixed-signal interfaces * Support LRIP and transition to consistent production * Review designs, drawings, and working plans to improve products and manufacturing processes (RCAs) * Perform engineering work with Test Equipment group to meet quality standards * Collaborate with design engineering to influence DFM and DFT practices * Drive process improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase throughput * Provide real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment * Monitor yields, test margin and resolution of technical issues on production * Investigate and propose solutions to complex digital/RF/baseband hardware problems * Lead containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations Tasks * BS in Electrical Engineering * 9+ years in a production environment * Experience in design, production and test of microwave communications hardware * Strong PCB-level debugging, embedded systems, and hardware/software integration * Excellent troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving skills * Proactive collaboration across functional teams on manufacturing challenges * Excellent written and spoken communication skills Key requirements * company stock options * health, dental, vision * HSA * FSA * life, disability and retirement plans
