The Information Security Analyst II performs necessary activities to assess, inform and enforce information security in the business and technology environments. Ensure that user community understands and adheres to necessary policies and procedures to maintain security. Serve as a resource for internal stakeholders’ security-related questions and concerns. Respond to client security questionnaires and risk assessments. Perform vendor and third-party risk assessments. Work with internal teams and stakeholders supporting internal and external compliance audits.
What You’ll Be Doing
40% - Assessments & Audits
- Coordinates security assessments with clients and internal and external audit. Performs third-party and vendor risk analysis and reviews.
40% - Awareness & Compliance
- Implements and enforces Corporate Security Standards and Policies.
- Develops and consults with internal stakeholders ensuring compliant procedures.
- Develops and communicates security awareness materials to user community.
20% - Vulnerability Management
- Scans and monitors information technology environments.
- Performs vulnerability security assessments.
- Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in network and/or system security including evaluation, implementation and operation of security practices.
- Knowledge of CIS Critical Security Controls, ISO 27001, NIST 800, PCI-DSS, AICPA SOC 1 & 2 frameworks.
- Experience managing projects across multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of technical and business-related concepts.
Nice to Have
- General knowledge and experience using current LLM and AI technologies as applied to information security is a plus.
