Secret NOC Tech

A client of Insight Global is looking for a NOC Tech to sit in either Hill Air Force Base or Scott Air Force base and work rotating shift work. They will provide 24/7/365 support for outages and tier 1 and 2 support. They will respond to tickets in Remedy, and triage and manage the ticket que. They will be the first line of defense for any networking issues.

• Secret Clearance
• Security- Experience in LAN/WAN maintenance
• Knowledge of routers, switches, crypto devices
• Understanding of network topologies

$28/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
