Geospatial Engineer

• Develop and enhance GIS web applications leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online.
• Utilize ESRI and AWS for SaaS compatibility.
• Conduct geospatial data audits, quality control, and metadata management to ensure high data fidelity.
• Optimize performance across web map services and database integrations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented technologist to help advance GeoTel’s geospatial web applications and SaaS data products., * Education: Associate’s Degree + 5 years GIS web development experience, or Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years GIS web development experience

• Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS ecosystem and understanding of geospatial database design and spatial analysis.
• Have ESRI Enterprise experience.
• Have AWS experience with EC2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-able to debug code, troubleshoot server issues, and resolve database connectivity errors.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with telecommunications spatial data is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines.
• Having any telecom background is a bonus.
