Job description

Are you a Technical Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of data platforms, delivery execution, and portfolio leadership? Trissential is partnering with a leading enterprise client to bring on a Technical Product Owner - Customer Technical Products who will drive end-to-end ownership of customer-facing data products and integration services.

This is a high-impact, portfolio-level role where you’ll work across Customer, Meter, Billing, and Payment data domains-shaping roadmaps, aligning vendors, managing financials, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple technical teams. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage cross-product roadmaps and backlog prioritization across Customer Technical Products
  • Drive delivery across Customer, Meter, Billing, and Payment Data Services, as well as supporting technical build teams
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across the Plan / Build / Run lifecycle for data products and integration services
  • Apply strong project and program management discipline, including scope, schedule, risk, and dependency management
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple product teams, ensuring portfolio alignment and execution consistency
  • Manage a multi-vendor ecosystem, including vendor evaluation, onboarding, performance tracking, and accountability
  • Oversee financial management across initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, reusable solutions
  • Provide portfolio-level reporting, governance updates, and executive-ready delivery visibility

Requirements

Do you have experience in Cross-functional collaboration?, * 7-10+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Program Management, or IT Delivery Leadership

  • Proven success delivering complex, cross-team initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Strong background in project and program management methodologies
  • Hands-on experience managing vendors in multi-vendor delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Experience working with data platforms, APIs, or integration services

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Utility industry experience, especially within Meter-to-Cash domains
  • Experience supporting multiple product domains simultaneously
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud and data engineering platforms (AWS, data pipelines, APIs)
  • Experience operating within enterprise portfolio planning and governance frameworks

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Agile, SAFe, or Product Management certifications are a plus
